lustover.games: Black Ops 2

Call of Duty. Black Ops II

I pre-ordered this game a couple of months back and picked it up yesterday. My first reaction was "OMG, I can't believe it!" and my second thought was "ZOOOOMBIES!!" I started playing yesterday and I did pretty bad ass for using pre-set guns and not knowing any of the maps. So here is my opinion and break down on the game so far.

Download the game, ready go!

I got the regular edition w/ a code for Nuketown 2025. I was so excited that Nuketown was coming back with more of a modern twist. The same layout and all but that background and 'decor' (haha) was more futuristic. I only tested a couple more maps yesterday, because for some reason the PlayStation Network was giving our team the same maps like 3 times in a row and then we decided to leave the lobby and see for another map...

Warning: The first couple of weeks of the game release, is when you are going to experience MASSIVE glitches.
I experienced some glitches yesterday through out the game. More so when changing lobbies, invites, and game play would mess up (plus connection issues).

I haven't been able to play Campaign. I played more multiplayer, Team DeathMatch and well the servers were glitchy too and showed up as "Custom Match".. I also got to play a little bit of Zombies. It was pretty intense. Stick together, that's all I'm saying! hahaM

So the weapon set ups are a little different from what I was used to with Modern Warfare. I forgot in Black Ops that you have to win tokens to unlock certain weapons when received at the appropriate level. I found this most annoying about Black Ops thought because for me I just felt like leveling up was a lot slower. Maybe, it's because of the glitches. Who knows? Lol

I decided to experiment with the MTAR. I took this picture earlier today and I tweaked it up a little more, but this is just a view of my set up. Not too crazy.

I did really well with the MP7 in Modern Warfare and decided to make a class and see if I would be any good with it on Black Ops. I don't know what the verdict is yet with this gun. I mean it has it's good days and bad.

The one thing I like about this game is the WILDCARDS feature which allows you to use another perk combining with another. Of course, when you use another perk, you will need to take away another perk. For example: I can use my Lightweight perk with another perk included but I would have to take away something like a Tactial weapon. So instead of a default (2 tactical weapons) you would remove one tactical weapon in exchange for that extra perk. If that makes any kind of sense? HA!

The maps are creative but they make it so that everyone is CAMPING now a days and I really thought they were going to stop that from happening. ONCE A CAMPER, ALWAYS A CAMPER... I hate that.

So far, I'm enjoying the game. I'll keep this updated after the next couple of weeks once the glitches slowly get fixed.
